The Barefoot Boogie is a freestyle dance which happens twice a month in New York City. We offer a relaxed, smoke- and alcohol-free environment where folks can freely express themselves in movement. |
Ravayah: an evening of music, dancing, community, and performance that reimagines the ancient ritual of Havdalah to bring the joy of Shabbat into the week. Mark your calendar for Saturday, February 13th.

DJ Shakti spins a mix of Kirtan based Grooves, World, Reggae, and danceable Indie and New music. ALways quirky, interesting, full bodied, heart centered, and HOT! Music to support embodied movement and full on creative dancing. Emerging from her love for dance is Jilsarah's love for sharing music as a DJ. Her musical style is best described as eclectic and her musical intention is to inspire creativity, authenticity and sheer joy for dancers. $10 for Romemu members, $10-15 sliding scale for non-members.
